* tiesManage the reporting on departmental day to day activity and financial and reputational performa
* nce.Manage the provision of operational support to both the network and directly to custom
* ers.Support the Operations Director by liaising with third party providers, managing supplier contracts, laising wit courier partner to negotiate contracts and provision of services, developing the departmental strategies and improving processes and performa
* nce.Support franchise network and help increase profitability through the implementation and management of new products and servi
* ces.Develop and implement operational policies and procedu
* res.Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing soluti
* ons.Manage and optimise resources to achieve operational go
* als.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically Anti Money Laundering regulations, holding the post of Deputy Compliance Offi
* cer.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficie

* ent.Provide leadership and guidance to the operations management t
