Overview
Production Chef at Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort. Join our dynamic kitchen team, preparing high-quality food for our restaurants, cafés, and events. From crafting fresh sandwiches and baking breads to prepping vegetables and plating dishes, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth and efficient food service across our venues.
This is a full-time role (45 hours per week) and on-site live-in accommodation may be available if required. Accommodation is inclusive of bills and includes three free meals per day from our staff canteen where available.
What We Need From You
* Kitchen Experience – Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food production environment is preferred.
* Great Attention to Detail – Consistency and quality are key, whether you’re prepping, plating, or baking.
* Team Player – Work closely with our chefs and kitchen teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Organisation & Efficiency – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping standards high.
* Flexibility – Shifts will vary, so we need team members who can adapt to the needs of the business.
What You’ll Get From Us
* £32,700 per annum plus a share of tips, estimated £2,000 per annum.
