A specialist role supporting pupils who are medically absent, anxious, or out of mainstream education, including hospital-based and reintegration provision. The focus is on wellbeing, re-engagement and continuity, not pushing curriculum. The role: * Mostly 1:1 or very small-group support * Supporting pupils who may be fatigued, anxious or emotionally overwhelmed * Flexible sessions around treatment, recovery or reintegration plans * Liaising with families, schools and professionals This role suits someone who: * Has SEN / SEMH / pastoral / therapeutic experience * Is emotionally intelligent and adaptable * Is comfortable with slow, non-linear progress * Understands regulation before learning Safeguarding & compliance: All roles are subject to safer recruitment practices, including an enhanced DBS and checks carried out in accordance with DfE safeguarding guidance
