Commercial Operations Coordinator | Fleet, UK | £35,000 – £45,000 DOE Are you the kind of person who loves keeping projects running smoothly, systems organised, and teams compliant? We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business, helping to ensure every project runs efficiently — from quote to completion. This is a key role working closely with the sales and project teams, driving best practice, and ensuring all commercial and administrative processes are watertight. What the Commercial Operations Coordinator will Be Doing: * Create and manage project folders, ensuring accurate client and project data in ERP * Prepare quotes and support PO creation * Generate part codes in ERP in collaboration with Project Managers * Monitor and track order confirmations and production-ready dates * Produce client order confirmations and escalate issues when needed * Gather and track project deliverables * Support project reconciliations and analyse cost vs. budget * Chair weekly status meetings to keep teams aligned and accountable What We’re Looking For in a Commercial Operations Coordinator: * 5 years’ experience in a similar role — ideally within manufacturing or production * Strong administrative and commercial acumen * Confident working with ERP systems (and some VAT knowledge would be great) * Able to manage multiple projects at pace and thrive in a busy environment * Proactive, detail-driven, and a natural organiser What’s in it for You * Competitive salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) * 5% company pension contribution * Private healthcare and Medicash plan * Life insurance (DIS) * 27 days holiday bank holidays * A collaborative, forward-thinking workplace with international scope Join a company where structure meets creativity — where your eye for detail keeps everything running like clockwork.
