Overview Humly is working with a brand new Nursery helping them to recruit for a Level 3 Senior Nursery Nurse. This role is based in West Bromwich, Term Time Only, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. Rate of pay: £14.50 - £15 per hour You will be working alongside other senior staff reporting to the nursery manager, helping in the organisation of the nursery and giving each of your team guidance and support to reach their full potential, when working together creating, planning and carrying out the children's fun activities to best help every child develop and flourish. Each room is dedicated to a particular age group, with a full range of resources. The successful candidate must be qualified to a minimum level 3 in Childcare/Early Years You will be caring and sensitive with a real passion for helping children develop and have fun! Responsibilities Supervise and support nursery staff in delivering high-quality childcare and early childhood education. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development. Engage with children through play and educational activities, promoting their learning and social skills. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Assist in managing daily operations and contribute to the leadership of the nursery team. Candidate Profile Relevant qualifications for a Nursery Nurse Level 3 or above Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to the Early Years sector.
