We are looking for a friendly, customer focused and organised Receptionistwho is seeking a rewarding job at our Golau Caredig Extra Care scheme, Barry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reception area of the scheme is run efficiently, providing a professional and warm greeting to all visitors and tenants and assisting with any adhoc administrative tasks.
We are looking for a candidate that is interactive with our visitors and socially inclusive at every opportunity.
This is a permanent 16 hour role working Thursday and Friday each week.
What you'll do
To be successful in this role you will need to have the skills and knowledge to communicate at all levels and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will ensure that all customers and colleagues are treated with equality, dignity and respect.

Where you will be working
Golau Caredig provides affordable independent living accommodation for people over 55 in 42 purpose-built one and two-bedroom flats. Individual care and support is provided by ‘in house’ domiciliary care and a tenant support service. The development is close to Barry town centre and includes several communal facilities including a restaurant, hairdressers, launderette and multi-use activity area.
