Qualifications:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Post-qualification experience in community or urgent care mental health
* Continuing professional development evidence
* Experience working in a community setting (desirable)

Main duties of the job
The Duty Worker role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues.

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing holistic, patient-centered care. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, considering all aspects of a patient's well-being - mental, physical, social, cultural, and more. By working collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, you'll develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs.

Experience
Essential criteria
* Registered on NMC
* One year experience at Band 5 or above in hospital or community health care
* Evidence of continued professional development, appropriate to role
* Clear understanding of CPA and care coordination role
Desirable criteria
* Post-registration certificate ENB 998. Possession of specialist nursing or other relevant highter academic or skills focussed awards
* Post registration mentorship qualification
Skills/Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Good IT skills
* Good understanding of the principles of the Recovery Approach
Desirable criteria
* Excellent IT skills
* Understanding of interagency skills
* Previous experience in the field of work

Annual leave for Agenda for Change On appointment to NHS
