TPT2274 Service Co-ordinator
Due to the impending retirement of the present person, my client is looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator for an office based role in Borehamwood, Herts.
Working for the Field Service Manager, your role will include:-
* Allocating work to the team of Service Engineers
* Taking customer service calls and responding to breakdowns and urgent enquiries
* Prioritising call outs
* Communicating with the Service Engineers
* Use of the inhouse system including Salesforce and Excel
* Managing administration of all reports, correspondence etc for the service visit
* Arranging follow up visits when required
* Sending out spare parts to the customer or engineer
This is a Monday to Friday job working 9 to 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 to 4.30 pm on a Friday. Excellent benefits package.
We are looking for a person who has worked in a similar environment and who s is used to co-ordinating the work load and visits for the Engineers.
This is an office based role in Borehamwood.
