We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Assistant to support a fast-paced finance function within a growing business. This role is ideal for someone who is part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / AAT) and keen to develop both their technical and commercial skillset.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
* Support budgeting processes and ongoing financial planning activities
* Work closely with colleagues across different departments to gather and interpret financial information
* Contribute to improving reporting processes and identifying efficiencies
* Provide timely and accurate financial data to support decision-making
* Assist with reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger activities
About You
* Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or AAT
* Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
* Proactive and driven, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
* Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships
* Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into meaningful insight
* Eager to learn and develop within a commercial finance environment
