£25,168.50 per annum

The Role
As a Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for the tasks and activities to ensure a vehicle is ready for delivery or collection to meet the service level agreements set by our National, Broker and Local Business accounts and meeting Inchcape and the OEM compliance standards. There is also an opportunity in this role to work 1 day per week from home on a rota basis.

The position of Corporate Administrator requires the individual to be meticulous with detail, have an ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
Job role and responsibilities
13. Ensure all vehicles meet required Service Level Agreement requirements set by our customers.
14. Preparation and onward delivery of the fleet vehicle to the agreed standards.
15. Ensuring training and knowledge is updated in line with the vehicle model changes etc, to carry out accurate vehicle handovers to all logistical suppliers.
16. Thoroughly check vehicle specification prior to delivery ensuring the vehicle ordered matches the customer requirement.
17. Gain and develop systems knowledge to effectively use the Dealer Management system (CDK Kerridge), the Factory ordering system (SLi) and our Fleet stock and orders system (Salesmaster / Fleetbase).
18. Order delivery Packs and advise customer when the vehicle is enroute to site.
19. Book PDI with the Service department
20. Book delivery with a view to minimising costs, whilst operating within the customer’s SLA.
21. Ensures all administration tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
