Job title: Human Resources Business Partner Location: Across three locations, 44 York St, Twickenham, Guildhall 2, Kingston and Maidenhead Town Hall Length of placement: 6 months with potential extension Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days in the office per week
Requirements for the role: -
Must have up to date Employee Relations (ER) /employment Law knowledge.
Must have ER experience demonstrated with proven direct complex case management and advisory coaching support to HR colleagues, leaders, line managers and employees.
Demonstrable experience of managing non-complex and complex ER cases from inception to satisfactory conclusion
Must have experience with working with Unions.
