Overview
In your role, you will be a core member of the Dartford Health Visiting team based at Regus, where you support children and families in their local area delivering clinics in local Family Hubs and community venues. Public Health Assistants will work under the supervision of Senior Public Health Assistants and health visiting colleagues to support the delivery of NHS-provided services to both children and adults. Note: Regus is the office base; you will not be delivering clinics here. You will be expected to travel and deliver from Family Hubs across Dartford throughout the week for all client contacts / face-to-face service delivery.

Responsibilities
* Support children and families in the local area.

* Travel across Dartford to Family Hubs throughout the week for client contacts and face-to-face service delivery.
