The role
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and Newly Qualified up to 4 years PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team in the Nottingham office. The focus of this role will be on Contentious Probate, Contentious Court of Protection (previous experience is desirable but not essential) and General Civil Disputes but the successful candidate may be asked to undertake other areas of specialist Civil Litigation that the wider team deals with in areas such as Data Protection/Privacy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified up to 4 years PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to apply their legal skills and experience in a demanding yet supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a caseload, including:
* Contentious Probate; and
* General Civil Litigation.
To be successful in applying for this role, you must possess excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail and have the ability to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic about business development.
