Are you an experienced Commercial Claims Handler looking to join a dynamic and supportive international business? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global insurance group, renowned for its collaborative culture, forward-thinking approach, and commitment to employee growth.
This hybrid role, based out of Stourbridge, offers the perfect balance of flexibility and professional development. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that plays a pivotal role in managing and resolving complex commercial insurance claims for a wide-ranging client base.
The Role:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Working closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient claims handling.
* Analysing claims data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and support strategic improvements.
* Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers.
* Attending client sites when necessary to investigate claims and support swift settlements.
* Negotiating with insurers to secure favourable outcomes in line with policy terms.
Your Experience:
* Solid experience in handling commercial insurance claims, ideally within a brokerage environment.
* Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policy coverage, and claims procedures.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-levels and/or CII/CILA qualifications desirable.

* £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
