Hours: 27.5 hours a week: the pattern can be responsive, however must include opening and locking of the school at the beginning and end of the day (7am and 5.30pm)
Contract: Permanent, all year round

About the Role
We are seeking a committed, proactive Caretaker to join our school team. This is a vital role that ensures our buildings and grounds are safe, secure, welcoming and well maintained for our children, families, staff and visitors.
You will take responsibility for the security of the school site, carry out a programme of maintenance and handy person tasks. You will also support with health and safety procedures across the site, helping to maintain an environment where children can thrive.

About You
The successful candidate will be:
•Responsible for site security, health and safety and maintenance of grounds and building.
•Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the setting.
•Demonstrate initiative, good communication skills, and a hands-on, can do-attitude.
