React Native / Node.js / AWS

Rate: £500 - £525 per day
Location: London (Light hybrid)
We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack React Native Engineer with a proven track record of building and scaling high-quality mobile applications end-to-end. You’ll be joining a fast-paced product team delivering impactful mobile experiences to a global user base.
What you’ll do
* Build and maintain robust mobile apps using React Native and Expo
* Optimise app performance, implement modern architecture patterns, and handle push notifications, offline-first features, and state management
* Collaborate on backend APIs (REST or GraphQL) and integrate secure authentication methods - JWT, OAuth
* Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, AppSync
* Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality, monitored deployments
What you bring
* 5+ years of professional software development experience
* 3+ years hands-on React Native and Expo experience
* Strong understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and app deployment processes
* Experience with database design (SQL or NoSQL) and backend integrations
* Proven AWS deployment experience and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (CDK)
* Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application performance optimisation
