What is the job role?
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. You'll take pride in keeping the school clean, safe and welcoming for everyone. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well both independently and as part of a team.
10 Hours per week plus 2 weeks in the summer holidays for deep cleaning.
Start date January 2026
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is:
* Hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic, committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility and a positive attitude
* Ideally experienced in cleaning within a similar environment
Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
Following recommendations from Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) for an additional pre-employment check with effect 1 Sept 22, please note, an online search may form part of this recruitment process.
