Job Title: Management Accountant (Part-Qualified)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time, fully onsite
Salary: Up to £45,000 + 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Reports to: Group Financial Controller
Robert Half are partnering with a manufacturing business in Bristol to recruit a Management Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified accountant who is looking to join a growing finance team and support group-level reporting, compliance, and cashflow oversight across multiple entities.
Group Reporting & Analysis
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets for multiple entities
Consolidate company forecasts and support delivery to reporting deadlines
Produce and maintain essential financial reports
Cashflow & Banking Oversight
Support the management of supplier and HMRC payments across different entities to ensure timely compliance
Administer and maintain the Group's Barclaycard programme including card issuance, cancellations, and credit limit control
Compliance & Intercompany Reconciliations
Ensure monthly intercompany balance reconciliations and dispute resolution across Group companies
Contribute to strengthening internal financial controls across the group
Qualifications & Experience
Part-qualified or currently studying toward a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)
Prior experience in a similar finance role within a multi-entity business is advantageous
Strong Excel skills (intermediate level: including pivot tables, SUMIFS, and VLOOKUPs)
A keen eye for accuracy and strong attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team and supporting multiple stakeholders
