We are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities to live a fulfilled and enriched life in the community. Role: Female Support Worker
Hours: We have both full and part time hours available between 16 to 40 hours per week. We have a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts and sleep ins available
74 per hour and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night. If you use your own vehicle to attend training for example, we cover milage at 45p per mile

Here in Llandrindod Wells we offer both 24-hour supported living and sessional services across the area and we are looking for someone who can work very flexibly across these locations. You'll be supporting people with a range of learning difficulties and sometimes complex needs to help them make their own choices about everyday things such as what to wear, what to do, what to eat, as well as bigger decisions such as where to live, how to spend their money or where to go on holiday.
You'll be a hugely positive enabler by helping them to attend workshops, community events, dance, arts, shopping to name but a few. We want the people we support to really enjoy their lives so this really can be at times though sometimes challenging, but equally active, fun and rewarding role for the right person. This role does involve personal care.
No experience is required as full is training provided. can support a person with their intimate personal care with respect and dignity
