The Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys building real relationships, spotting opportunities others miss, and turning great products into even greater projects?
We’re looking for a Specification Manager to join our Bradstone team — one of the UK’s most recognisable names in landscaping. You’ll take the lead across the North East working with architects, contractors, and local authorities to get our products specified in both domestic and commercial projects.
This is a role where you own your patch, develop deep relationships, and influence how landscapes come to life. It’s about more than just selling — it’s about being the go-to expert and trusted partner for your customers.
Who you are
* You’re someone who thrives on building connections and seeing the bigger picture. You know how to engage people, understand their needs, and offer solutions that add real value.
* You’re great at building trust and developing long-term relationships with a wide range of stakeholders — from designers and contractors to internal colleagues.
* You manage your own time well and stay focused when working independently across a regional patch.
* Spotting opportunities comes naturally to you, and you know how to follow up with thoughtful, solutions-focused conversations that create real impact.
* Clear communication is one of your strengths, whether that’s face-to-face, in writing, or presenting to a room.
* You stay organised and on top of the detail, using tools like Salesforce or CRM systems to keep everything on track.
* Most importantly, you’re curious and always learning — keen to understand new products, customer needs, and how your work fits into the bigger picture of what we’re building.
