A growing construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to join their expanding residential team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Senior Project Manager to lead projects from day one across a strong pipeline of residential developments for housing associations and build-to-rent clients. The successful Senior Project Manager will work on schemes ranging from 150 to 400 units, covering both pre-construction and post-contract delivery phases. This consultancy is looking for a proactive and client-facing Senior Project Manager who can independently manage projects and build strong stakeholder relationships from the outset. The incoming Senior Project Manager will join a collaborative and supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities, exposure to major London residential developments, and flexible working with 1 day per week from home.
