The Role
Proactively advising clients on offers, guiding them through purchase and sale processes, title examinations and drafting legal documentation will all be independently undertaken by the successful applicant.
You will help individuals conclude missives, and liaise with other solicitors and banks to ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible, all while providing a professional and proactive service.
