Make homes safer. Make work meaningful.
You became an electrician to do a job that matters. To leave homes safer than you found them. To be trusted, respected, and part of something bigger than a ticket count. This role offers exactly that - steady work, real purpose, and a team that genuinely cares about residents and each other.
Moxie People are proud to be supporting the recruitment of an Electrician to join a well-established, in-house repairs team within a community-focused housing provider. The organisation remains anonymous, but their values are clear: people first, right-first-time, and doing the right thing even when no one's watching.
About the role
This is a hands-on electrical role working across domestic properties and communal areas. You'll carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, testing, and upgrades - including EICRs, emergency lighting, ventilation systems (MVHR, MEV, PIV), and shower or pump replacements.
You'll be trusted to manage your day, communicate clearly with residents, complete work safely and compliantly, and leave customers feeling listened to. You're not rushed for the sake of numbers - quality, safety, and care come first.
About you
You're a qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition) with experience in domestic or social housing environments. You take pride in doing things properly, care about customer experience, and are comfortable using digital job systems.
