Overview
You’ll be working with a passionate and highly motivated team that has a wealth of knowledge covering production processes, lean tools and systems, manufacturing engineering, and planning and logistics. We also work closely with teams based in France, Germany, Spain, and the United States, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues internationally. We are an open, trusting team where both fun and accountability matter.
What you will be doing
Teamwork and effective communication are key skills and we’ll help you develop these. You’ll be working on exciting projects as we prepare for the future; exploring innovative training methods and the skills we’ll need to build the aircraft of tomorrow! Some of your main responsibilities will be:
* Support the review and development of learning solutions;
* Taking advantage of new ways of teaching (for example: digital means);
* Taking part in meetings with colleagues, managers and internal customers;
* Supporting the delivery of practical training in our workshops.

Placement Requirements
Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent;
* Google Suite knowledge;
* Enthusiasm and a strong interest in developing yourself, which contribute to the success of the Academy team and the Airbus family;
* STEM subject qualifications are preferable together with the desire to work in a technical team environment.
Security Clearance
You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Compensation and Working Hours
Salary: £23,400 per annum for 35 hours per week. Flexible working hours. Fridays off. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
