Bulkhaul Limited provides a global service for the distribution of bulk liquids and powders, with representation in over 100 countries. Operations are managed from Middlesbrough headquarters, supported by offices in the US, Brazil, Belgium, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea.
The Role:
Due to continued growth, we are offering several career opportunities within our organization. We seek motivated individuals to join our Purchase Ledger Accounts Team in our centralised accounts department at Middlesbrough. The role involves working as part of a team under the supervision of the Department Manager. Experience in shipping, transportation, or freight forwarding industries is advantageous but not essential. Own transport is recommended due to location.
Principal Duties:
* Processing sales invoices via in-house and accounting systems (Infor/Sun accounts).
* Resolving queried invoices internally and with customers.
* Credit control and communication with customers.
* Allocating customer remittances.
* Downloading receipts from banking systems.
* Maintaining spreadsheets and customer accounts.
* Reconciliation of monthly Agent/Contra accounts.

* Good IT literacy.
* Ability to work in a team and assist in all areas when required.
* Prioritization skills and initiative.
* Concentration and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbally and electronically, with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in the UK and overseas.
* Confident personality with a desire to progress; opportunities for advancement exist with experience.
* Qualifications to GCSE standard with good numeracy and literacy skills.
