Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Birmingham. You will develop your engineering skills in a supportive and inclusive environment, with opportunities for professional accreditation, leadership development, and a clear progression path.
You’ll make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of water and wastewater projects, including storm overflows, flood alleviation, catchment approaches, and nature-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the MEICA team by undertaking technical audits and risk evaluations.
* Contribute to electrical/ICA design activities.
* Liaise with other technical disciplines at feasibility, outline, and detailed design stages to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions.
About You
Qualifications and Interests
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Keen interest in the water industry.
