Project Surveyor - Social Housing
(Development Project Officer)
37 hours per week, based in Preston
£42,389.38per annum
Community Gateway Association (CGA) is a tenant-led, community-focused housing association delivering high-quality homes and services across Preston and beyond. Were looking for a Development Project Officer to help deliver our ambitious new-build schemes and acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring projects meet our development objectives and values.
What we are looking for:
* You'll have experience managing new-build housing projects
* You'll have experience of managing budgets and contracts management
* You'll have knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, building and planning regs and the client's responsibilities under CDM 2015.
* You'll need a relevant construction qualification at level 3, a full driving licence and access to a car
It would be great if you also had:
* Knowledge of housing sector trends and sustainability standards
* Experience working with Homes England funding
