Job Title: Data Officer
We are seeking a Data Officer to join Maiden Erlegh Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Administering and maintaining student data in the Trust's MIS (Bromcom).
2. Producing and managing reports related to assessment, attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding.
3. Supporting schools with timetable changes, admissions, and year-end rollover processes.
4. Collaborating with Exams Officers to plan and deliver exam results.
5. Providing high-quality data services across multiple schools within the Trust.
6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of Trust-wide data systems.

* Experience working with data in a school or similar environment.
* Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data accurately.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage priorities.
* Collaborative working and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality.
* Flexibility, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.
