Business Development Manager
Central Belt
Full Time, Hybrid
£65,000 - £75,000 + bonus
Iconic Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a leading legal firm offering a variety of specialist services. In this role, you will shape and drive the business development strategy and implementation plans. This is the ideal role for experienced Business Development Managers who are skilled in strategic leadership, growth development and relationship building.
Responsibilities
\t
* Work closely with partners to design and implement business development strategies in line with the division’s strategic growth goals.
\t
* Use marketing research to identify, analyse and create new business opportunities.
\t
* Work with the bids team overseeing proposals, credentials and client-facing materials.
\t
* Work closely with partners in creating and maintaining key client relationships.
\t
* Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Business Development & Marketing responsibilities.
\t
* Manage the divisional BD budget.
Requirements
\t
* Experience in a business development role with a B2B focus within a professional services or corporate environment – legal sector experience is desirable but not essential.
\t
* Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven, with a genuine passion for business development.
\t
* Exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
\t
* Experience managing or supervising individuals and/or project teams.
\t
* Confident, professional and approachable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
