Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Engineer - Identity and Access Management
This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at County Hall at least one day a fortnight for team collaboration.

As a Senior Engineer within the Security Operations Team, you will:
1. Work predominantly in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, designing, implementing, and managing identity and access controls across cloud and on-premise environments.
2. Utilize technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune, applying RBAC to ensure least-privilege access and compliance.
3. Collaborate with Security Operations and ICT colleagues to enforce access policies, respond to incidents, and manage trust and reputation aspects like PKI certificates.
4. Contribute to security strategy and planning, demonstrating a keen interest in cyber security.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Proven experience with IAM technologies, Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud identity platforms.
* Knowledge of access governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are advantageous.
