We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a
Part-Time Sales Service, Despatch and Warehouse Administrator.
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team, supporting various departments across the business. This is a multifaceted role that involves responsibilities in administration, sales, service, dispatch, and warehouse operations.

Hours of work are a maximum of 25 hours per week working Monday – Friday 09:00 – 14:00
Role Overview:
Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, reporting to office Manager and at times to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for providing an all-round support service within a busy and varied environment.
Other duties involved in this role are as follows:
Administration:
Filling out spreadsheets and maintaining records
Creating and sending invoices to customers
Generating purchase orders (POs) and proforma invoices
Sales:
Answering phone calls and responding to customer emails
Handling stock enquiries, availability checks, and pricing requests
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Service:
Taking incoming service-related calls
Uploading service calls to Solar Vista
Dispatch:
Uploading shipment information to TNT and KET portals
Logging collections with MM Transport
Warehouse:
Assisting with picking and packing orders
Recording serial numbers and entering them into SAGE
Helping unload containers and putting stock away
Supporting mid-year and end-of-year stock takes
Experience Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Some experience using SAGE accounting/inventory software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
What we offer in return:
Salary £16,000- £18,000 per annum dependent on experience
28 days holiday (inclusive of annual, bank/public days).
Access to a contributory company pension scheme, employer contribution of 3%
