Overview
Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently looking for a TIG Welder on behalf of our client, a leading UK-based manufacturer specialising in the design and production of high-performance air intake systems, water droplet separators, and mist eliminators. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture, fitting and TIG welding of aluminium and stainless-steel components for a range of our products.

The Role
6. Perform butt and fillet welding on marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel using TIG processes.
7. Fabricate and assemble components to precise specifications from engineering drawings.
8. Maintain high standards of quality, including self-checking of finished work.
9. Utilise jigs and fixtures to support repeatable, efficient manufacturing processes.
10. Contribute to the development of welding and fabrication processes for new products.
11. Support continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and quality.
12. Collaborate with the wider team and work independently when required.
Your Experience/ Requirements
13. Proven experience in TIG welding of aluminium and stainless steel (essential).
14. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
15. A solid employment history in a welding or fabrication environment.
16. Awareness of and commitment to health and safety best practices.
17. Willingness and ability to obtain required welding coding and qualifications.
18. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
19. Flexible with working hours and open to contributing to process improvements.
20. Experience with MIG welding in aluminium and stainless steel (desirable).
