Role Overview: The Purchase Ledger Clerk is responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing contractor communications, and supporting the team with reconciliations and administrative tasks. This role is located in Hammersmith, London and offers a salary range of £26,000 - £28,000. Key Responsibilities (Qube PM & Reapit): • Check & approve invoices received via Fixflo into Reapit • Check & approve invoices received into Reapit • Escalate debt collection/summons to PM • Request statements from contractor • Reconcile contractor statements • Respond to contractors queries and coordinate with PM • Assist PM to read ledgers and respond to queries • Reconcile TDS to CRM, advise PM of any deposits >30 days not released when deregistering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Timely and accurate invoice processing • Effective contractor communication and query resolution • Completion of reconciliations within deadlines • Support for team meetings and 121s • Accuracy in ledger reading and PM support Here's what you can look forward to: Our smart spending app gives you discounts at over 900 retailers, and our wellbeing centre is packed with resources to help you get active, eat healthier, improve your financial wellbeing, and master your mental health.
