We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional bar and waiting hospitality to our customers and supporting our management team in leading a shift.
The Castle Inn is a traditional Dorset pub near Lulworth Cove, with a history dating back to the 16th century. It has been beautifully restored and serves as an ideal base for exploring Dorset’s Jurassic coastline and the Isle of Purbeck countryside.
Under its thatched roof, you'll find a charming bar, a relaxed restaurant, and 12 boutique bedrooms. Outside, there’s a large courtyard and terraced garden with stunning views. Kids and dogs are very welcome.
Our laid-back atmosphere, all-day food offering, and friendly service make it a perfect home for families to relax, unwind, and explore this unique part of Dorset.
