Salary: £18,000 per annum + commission (£23,000 OTE Year 1, £28,000 - £40,000 OTE Year 2)

Requirements
* Must be aged 18+
* Strong interest in sales, recruitment or business development
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive and motivated with a willingness to learn
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities for an Apprentice
* Research and identify potential client leads from job boards and online platforms
* Carry out initial outreach via email and LinkedIn using templates
* Pass qualified leads to consultants and maintain accurate CRM records
* Upload and manage candidate CVs and profiles within the CRM
* Conduct initial outreach to candidates to confirm details and interest
* Support email marketing campaigns and track engagement
* Manage and contribute to company social media content and activity
* Take initial enquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate consultant
* Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and organisation
* Support general administrative tasks to assist the recruitment team
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
* Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
* A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
* Development of skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
* Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
* Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to progress into a permanent recruitment or sales role within the business, with strong earning potential.
