* Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during audits.
* Perform risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive service delivery approach.
* Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and accounting standards.
* Contribute to process improvements within the audit function.
Profile
* A recognised qualification in Accounting or Audit (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
* Prior experience in managing audit processes within professional services.
* Strong understanding of auditing standards and accounting principles.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
* Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Proficiency in using accounting and audit software tools.
