We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Luton
About the Role:
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of the individuals we support throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Providing a calm and supportive presence throughout the night.
* Monitoring residents' well-being and responding appropriately to any needs or emergencies.
* Assisting with personal care tasks as required (e.g., toileting, changing continence pads).
* Supporting individuals who may experience anxiety or distress during the night.
* Following individual support plans and risk assessments.
* Completing accurate and timely records of observations and interventions.
* Ensuring the environment is safe and secure.
* Assisting with light domestic duties as required.

* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
* Reliability, patience, and a calm and empathetic approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and responsible attitude.
* A willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
* Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) is an advantage.
* A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check will be required.
