Role based at our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire. We're on the lookout for a BI Manager to join us full-time. Hours : 40 hours per week Days : Monday to Friday Start Date : 1st July 2025 What you will be doing as our BI Manager: Lead the delivery of robust and reliable data processes, reporting solutions, and support services. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define and implement impactful BI projects. Develop and execute strategies to enhance BI service adoption and improve business processes. Oversee the development of data infrastructure and reporting toolsets. Analyse business requirements to determine BI development needs. Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the BI team. Offer technical direction and operational support. What are we looking for in our BI Manager? Leadership : Proven experience managing teams and delivering successful projects. Technical Expertise : Advanced SQL Server development skills. Reporting Tools : Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools. Data Modelling : Strong experience in data warehousing and ETL processes. Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret complex data sets. Organisational Skills : Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem Solving : Proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues. Desirable: 3 years in a BI or Database Developer role. Degree or equivalent in IS/IT. Experience in the FMCG industry.
