Commissioning Manager
WB Power Services is currently recruiting a Commissioning Manager to work on Nationwide projects. The Role
* Oversee the commissioning process for new construction projects from start to finish.
* Monitor progress and keep track of milestones throughout the commissioning process.
* Ensure that all systems are installed and functioning correctly before project completion.
* Coordinate with various contractors involved in the commissioning process.
* Create schedules and timelines for the commissioning process and ensure adherence.
* Work within company quality systems ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 to ensure compliance.
* Identify delays in progress and proactively find solutions to mitigate risks.
* Resolve any issues that may arise during the commissioning process in a timely manner.
* Provide regular updates to clients and Project Managers on the status of commissioning activities.
* Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the finished product meets quality requirements.
* Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
The Person
* Willing to Travel and work away (with a compensation package)
* Experience working with generators is desirable.
* Recognised qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Previous experience in commissioning coordination or related field preferred.
* Strong knowledge of quality systems ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and contractors effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
