Tractor Driver & Sprayer Operator - £40,000 – Dundee + Benefits
The Job:
We are working on behalf of a well established mixed farming business to recruit a Tractor Driver & Sprayer Operator based near Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive soft fruit and mixed farming enterprise where you'll work with modern machinery across a varied operation. The role offers plenty of diversity, combining tractor work, spraying, machinery operation and livestock support throughout the farming calendar.
This is a long term opportunity for someone with the right attitude who is keen to get stuck in, become part of the team and build a career within a forward thinking farming business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors, telehandlers and other modern farm equipment
- Assist with spraying operations, maintain accurate records
- Support general farm activities
- Opportunities to get involved with the livestock side of the business,
The Company:
Our client is a successful mixed farming enterprise combining soft fruit production with a livestock operation. The business is committed to investing in modern equipment, maintaining high standards and developing its team for the future.
The Candidate:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience operating tractors and modern farm machinery
- Good attention to detail and record keeping
- Flexible approach to seasonal workloads
- Willingness to assist across all areas of the farm, including livestock when required
- PA1, PA2 and PA3 spraying qualifications
- Mixed farming experience
- Telehandler experience
- Mechanical knowledge and basic machinery maintenance skills
- Knowledge of irrigation systems
- Experience working within soft fruit production
The Package:
- Salary £40,000 DOE
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Additional Hours: Saturday working required during harvest and peak seasonal periods

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
