Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt payments.
5. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
6. Prepare and issue statements, invoices, and credit notes as required.
7. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to facilitate efficient processes.
8. Support the preparation of financial reports related to credit control activities.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
10. Assist with ad-hoc tasks within the accounting and finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Proven experience in credit control or a related accounting and finance role.
12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
