Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure / Highways A leading UK infrastructure specialist delivering complex highways and civil engineering projects is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team in Preston. Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will manage all commercial and financial aspects of highway maintenance and civil engineering projects across the North West. The position demands control of cost, risk, and contract administration to ensure delivery within budget and in compliance with NEC frameworks.
