Working in this role you would need to be resilient, have an open mind, and have a non-judgmental approach, so this would appeal to people who share a real interest in Mental Health The Role Providing support to a gentleman within his own home, duties will include Tending to all aspects of daily living, including personal care Domestic Household Support (cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the home) Support with budgeting and finances Social Support, helping to engage in community and social activities Family Support, assisting families in maintaining relationships Medication Support Liaison with Health Professionals and Social Care Professionals to ensure holistic care In-house and out-of-house activities, including assisting with outings and interes Relief hours available - Various shift patterns including days, evenings, nights, weekends and sleep overs. Day shift 8am - 9pm Night 9pm - 8am What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who are not only experienced but also share a genuine interest in mental health and learning disabilities.
