The Role
You’ll be working on high-performance backend services and infrastructure powering mission-critical systems. You’ll have real influence over technical direction, architecture, and tooling, while collaborating closely with product, SRE, and platform teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and building scalable Microservices in Go
* Developing and maintaining cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes
* Building APIs, internal tooling, and background processing systems
* Improving performance, reliability, and security of production services
* Contributing to architectural decisions and best practices
* Writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
What We’re Looking For
* Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang)
* Hands-on experience deploying and operating workloads in Kubernetes
* Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST/gRPC APIs
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
* A proactive, collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
* Experience with Helm, Terraform, Prometheus, or Grafana
* Knowledge of service meshes, event-driven systems, or Kafka
* Previous experience in high-scale or SaaS environments
