The Role
As a
Life Insurance Protection Advisor
, youll work over the phone with customers who have medical conditions, providing expert advice on life insurance policies.
You Will
* Speak with warm leads (no cold calling).
* Advise on policies best suited to each customers needs.
* Recommend the right cover levels.
* Guide customers through the full application process.
* Provide exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.
Full training
will be provided no previous life insurance experience needed.
What Were Looking For
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to ask the right questions.
* A motivated, target-driven attitude.
* Previous telesales or sales experience preferred (life insurance experience not essential).
What We Offer
* £25,000 basic salary + realistic OTE £50,000£75,000.
* Commission paid per live policy (uncapped).
