They will also help establish new WBR/QBR processes with internal teams.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy - The role involves educating EU/UK VMs/AVS teams on available ad types and promoting key programs like the Advertiser Accelerator Program. The BDM will develop training materials, pitch decks, and legal guardrails.
4. Agents and Authors Strategy & US Best Practices - The BDM will help launch educational workstreams like EU-based Literary Agents Ads 101 and adapt US programs for KDP Authors to the European market.
5. Ads Products Parity - The BDM will provide feedback on parity gaps between US and EU Ads products, working with tech teams to define development roadmaps and model opportunities.
