What You’ll Be Stepping Into
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and a key driver of new business conversations. Rather than cold, transactional selling, you’ll be focused on understanding customer challenges, qualifying opportunities, and creating a strong pipeline for senior sales colleagues to close. You’ll be part of a collaborative sales floor where performance matters – but so does development.
What the role actually looks like
Driving early‑stage sales activity
* Speaking to prospective customers via phone, email, and online channels
* Following up on inbound enquiries and generating outbound interest
* Identifying genuine opportunities and filtering out low‑value leadsBooking qualified meetings and creating momentum in the sales cycle
Keeping deals moving
* Staying close to prospects once they enter the pipeline
* Supporting conversations with relevant information and next steps
* Working alongside senior sales reps to progress live opportunities
* Keeping CRM organised and up to date
