Job Description
1. Advise clients on a wide range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
2. Assist in designing, drafting, and implementing compensation and benefit plans.
3. Provide counsel on compliance with federal and state laws, including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
4. Support clients in mergers and acquisitions by addressing benefits and compensation-related issues.
5. Represent clients in regulatory matters and audits.
6. Prepare and review plan documents, agreements, and other legal documentation.
7. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs.
8. Provide updates on legal developments affecting employee benefits and executive compensation.
