Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm in Winchester for an experienced Private Client Solicitor. This is a full-time, office-based position, ideal for someone confident in managing a busy caseload and delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling a full range of private client matters: wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, LPAs, and tax planning
• Managing files independently from instruction to completion
• Providing clear and compassionate advice to clients
• Supporting team members and contributing to departmental growth
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ PQE in Private Client law (no NQs)
• Strong technical knowledge and a client-focused approach
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential
• Excellent drafting, time management, and interpersonal skills
