About the role
Were looking for a driven, tech‑savvy individual to join our Software Support team. You will be the go‑to Technical Support expert for diagnosing and resolving software and application issues across a wide range of platforms. You will log client issues, investigate database errors, and coordinate with Development and QA, owning each ticket from first contact to resolution and ensuring a smooth, professional experience every time. A strong SQL background and prior software support experience are required.
Key responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve software and application issues across multiple platforms.
* Log client issues and investigate database errors.
* Coordinate with Development and QA teams to resolve tickets.
* Own each ticket from first contact to resolution, maintaining a professional customer experience.
* Build relationships and shape how we support our clients.
Compensation
Up to £30k base salary + bonus.
